ANA는 2013년에 Air Transport World 잡지로부터 '올해의 항공사'로 선정되었으며, 세계적으로 유명한 항공사 및 공항 연구 사이트인 SKYTRAX로부터 2013년부터 2015년까지 3년 연속으로 5성급 항공사로 평가받기도 했습니다. ANA는 보잉 787 드림라이너를 처음으로 운행한 항공사이자 가장 많은 보잉 787 Dreamliner를 보유한 항공사이기도 합니다.

We highly encourage our customers to check-in online and to use self-service check-in machines and self-service baggage drops, where hand sanitizers will be installed.
