Adria Airways – the Airline of Slovenia has a wealth of experience spanning over 55 years in charter and scheduled air traffic.

Adria was founded in 1961 as a charter company. In the 1980s the airline started serving scheduled routes and joined the International Air Transport Association. Today Adria’s network links Ljubljana with more than 20 cities throughout Europe and offers excellent connections from North West to South East Europe.

In December 2004 Adria joined the strongest strategic airline grouping, Star Alliance. Being one of the first regional carriers to become a member of this prestigious airline family is best proof of Adria’s excellence and reliability.

Adria Airways embodies many features characteristic of Slovenia: hospitality, friendliness and high-quality services. Together with a professional, caring staff and a modern fleet, Adria is committed to providing a high level of service and to winning the loyalty of its passengers for many years to come.
