South African Airways (SAA) is the leading carrier in Africa, serving 74 destinations, in partnership with SA Express, SA Airlink, and its low cost carrier, Mango, within South Africa and across the continent, and nine intercontinental routes from its Johannesburg hub.

SAA’s core business is the provision of passenger airline and cargo transport services together with related services, which are provided through SAA and its wholly owned subsidiaries: SAA Technical; Mango its low cost carrier; and Air Chefs, the catering entity of SAA.

Musa Zwane Acting CEO, South African Airways (SAA)

Mr. Musa Zwane was appointed  Acting CEO of South African Airways on 17 November 2015. Prior to this, Mr Zwane held the position of CEO at SAA Technical. A position he was appointed to in November 2010.

Before joining SAA Technical, he spent 14 years with Sasol, his last position being Managing Director of Sasol Gas and serving on various boards within the Sasol Group.
