Access over 1000 lounges
Star Alliance and its member airlines offer access to over 1,000 lounges worldwide, giving you a quiet and exclusive space to work or relax before your flight.
All Star Alliance Gold Status holders are welcome to visit any lounge with a Star Alliance Gold sign at the entrance before your Star Alliance member airline flight. Even if you are not a Gold customer, you can still gain access to our lounges if you are travelling on a member airline in international First Class or Business Class.
In addition, we offer a small set of exclusive Star Alliance lounges. These have been created by local architects with local flair – to leave you with a positive and lasting memory of that country’s culture. The Star Alliance lounges are located in Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Buenos Aires (EZE), Los Angeles (LAX), Nagoya (NGO), Paris (CDG) and Sao Paulo (GRU).
Los Angeles (LAX)
The stunning Star Alliance Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport offers impressive facilities and services. An outdoor terrace invites guests to enjoy views over the airfield and distant Hollywood hills. By day you can enjoy Southern California’s famous sunshine and by night a sophisticated and cosy fire lit ambience.
Sao Paulo (GRU)
In the Star Alliance Lounge at Guarulhos International Airport guests will enjoy the unique locally inspired settings featuring original furniture from some of Brazil’s most talented designers.
The Star Alliance Lounge at Nagoya International Airport is tranquil and well-appointed.
Rio de Janeiro
The Star Alliance Lounge at Charles De Gaulle airport has a distinctly Parisian feel. A striking panorama of Paris by night adorns the lounge along with feature privacy dividers inspired by the city’s iconic ‘arrondissements’ or neighbourhoods. The lounge is also host to some striking photography by local photographers Cedric Doux and Michael Levy.
Buenos Aires (EZE)
The Star Alliance Lounge at Ezeiza Airport was the first of a new generation of Star Alliance branded lounges. The design is inspired by the Campo, the Argentinian countryside. A range of natural and locally produced materials in earthy tones, are used to instill an instant sense of relaxation.
