- The Airpass is available in conjunction with International Round Trips or Star Alliance Round the World Fares to, from or via the Middle East and Turkey and those flights must be on scheduled services in First, Business or Economy class of a Star Alliance member carrier.
- The Airpass is available to residents of a country outside the Middle East and Turkey in connection with international travel to, from or via Middle East or Turkey.

- The Star Alliance Middle East Airpass consists of 3 to 10 flight coupons.
- The total airfare is determined by the number of coupons plus applicable fees, taxes and surcharges.
- Children between the ages of 2-11 years pay 75% and infants under 2 years not occupying a seat pay 10% of the applicable adult fare. If an infant turns 2 years of age during the journey, the child fare will be applied for the entire journey and a separate seat will be provided. Proof of age is required at time of ticketing. Children and infants must be accompanied on all sectors in the same cabin by a Star Alliance Middle East Airpass adult passenger paying the full Middle East Airpass fare.
- The Star Alliance Middle East Airpass can be bought in combination with intercontinental Star Alliance redemption programme tickets.
- All flights of the Star Alliance Middle East Airpass will accrue miles to the passenger’s nominated Star Alliance Frequent Flyer Programme depending on the rules of your chosen Frequent Flyer Programme.
Planning the route
- There is no minimum stay required for your trip. It may last up to 3 months from the beginning of your travel on the first coupon to completion of travel on the last coupon.
- Two stopovers are required. They are permitted at any point served by the carriers listed above within the Middle East and Turkey. A stopover is a stay of more than 24 hours. Any point may be transited a number of times for the purpose of making transfer connections, but the length of the transition must be less than 24 hours. No more than 3 stopovers are permitted in any one city.
- Changing flights at a transfer/connecting point requires an additional coupon.
- Individual pairs of cities may not be travelled more than once in each direction.
- Surface sectors in-between are allowed at your own expense in addition to the airfare. If such a break in itinerary exceeds 24 hours it is considered as one stopover.
- You must reserve the first flight of the Middle East Airpass. Subsequent flights may be left open and booked at any time before departure.

- This rule is applicable for adults, children and infants.
