Full-Time Employment


Star Alliance Services GmbH offers full-time position in all departments from junior to senior level.

People are the centre of the Star Alliance success. Most employees work at our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. Currently there are about 74 employees and other helping hands like our interns, but they span 26 nationalities so we are forming a truly international team.

Being an employee of Star Alliance Services GmbH means being able to work and learn in a small but multicultural organisation. An environment with a flat hierarchy and with plenty of cross-functional work and communication is offered.

Some employees come from member airlines and are assigned temporarily as specialists in their fields.

Other highly skilled employees are self-starting professionals, mainly from the airline industry, who apply their talent, creativity and dedication and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Student Programme


We offer internships to students and young graduates throughout the year in various departments. These internships are both administrative and project-based, and last 6 to 12 months. An internship at Star Alliance Services GmbH will help you make the leap into the international business world. You will get an insight into our daily operations and projects and you will become familiar with the airline industry. It will give you the opportunity to work in an international and culturally diverse business environment with English as the main language – please look at our current job openings.

  • Effective communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Cultural awareness and, preferably, international practical experience

Training And Development


Star Alliance Services GmbH offers a wide range of training opportunities depending on your skills and experience. Through internal and external training sessions, it is ensured that Star Alliance Services GmbH employees are trained and educated to improve their business knowledge as well as their personal skills. This also includes languages lessons for our non-German employees and their families.
