Passenger Transportation is the core activity of the Lufthansa Group. Its Group airlines (Lufthansa, Germanwings, SWISS, Austrian Airlines as well as Brussels Airlines) are operating from its Hubs in Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Dusseldorf and Brussels. The airlines of the Lufthansa Group position themselves as quality carriers and occupy top positions in their respective segments. In the 2014 business year, these airlines welcomed around 106 million passengers on board their flights that serve 321 destinations in 103 countries on four continents during summer schedule 2015. The Group fleet currently consists of more than 615 aircraft – on order are another 272 scheduled for delivery between 2015 and 2025. Our figures refer to Lufthansa German Airlines (incl.
