Finance Accounting Intern

Finance & Accounting
Internship Facts:
- Duration: 6-12 months
- Location: Frankfurt Airport Center
Internship Tasks:
- Handling of incoming mail
- Registering and posting Invoices/Credit Memos in Oracle Applications
- Invoice Verification
- Processing electronic payment batches
- Financial Data Collection
- Create Financial Reports with Oracle Applications and Excel
- Publishing Reports by email and through webwork (Star Alliance Intranet)
- Account Maintenance and corrections
- Master data maintenance such as supplier master data, bank master data and
customer master data - Preparing Invoices to the airlines
- Supporting month and year end closing
- Reconciliation of sub-ledgers with General Ledger
- Submit Oracle Standard reports and learn about/understand the content
- Compiling of statistics on request
- Compiling Presentations (MS Powerpoint)
Internship Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Cultural awareness
- Team spirit
- Self-initiative
- Valid work permit for Germany
